By trading on you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read the terms and conditions carefully before accepting a purchase on NICHBA takes errors and omissions excepted.

Delivery is by courier or regular mail. Usual delivery time is 2-8 business days after NICHBA has received the order and full payment has been made. In the event that stocks were incorrect when the order was made, NICHBA reserves the right to not deliver the goods. If NICHBA is not able to deliver in accordance with the terms and conditions of the confirmed order, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel your order.

Delivery charges
At NICHBA we use DPD as a distributor. The different pricing will appear in the bottom of the checkout page. It is possible to use another delivery option if the customer whishes so. If so, you should contact to make arrangements. NICHBA cannot be held responsible if shipping using another provider is selected.Pick up of the product can be arranged by contacting

At NICHBA you always have 14 days to return your product from the day you receive it, in the unlikely event that you regret your purchase. When NICHBA has accepted the return, we will urgently transfer your money or exchange the goods, whichever you want. The amount will be repaid with the same payment as used by the original transaction, unless you have agreed otherwise. There will be no charge as a result of the repayment.

The following criteria must be satisfied for the product to be returned:

  1. You must before the end of the right of cancellation period notify NICHBA that you regret your purchase. This message must be in writing – either by e-mail (before the deadline).
  2. Return note must be attached together with the goods. (Can be sent via e-mail by arrangement).

NICHBA does not pay postage or packaging costs of returning goods. NICHBA is not responsible for the product until it is received. We therefore recommend you to send the goods with receipt / insurance.
If you upon receipt of your goods detect a fault on the product, or if NICHBA has made a mistake in the shipment, please contact immediately.
When the claim is approved by NICHBA, we will credit your freight cost, up to a maximum of 75kr.
NICHBA reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or received documentation that the goods are sent back.

NICHBA reserves the right to assess the impairment of the product if the returned item is put into use.

All items you purchase on are covered by the Sale of Goods Act 2 year warranty, which means you can complain about defects in the product up to 2 years after the date of purchase. There is no warranty of improper use, wear and tear or lack of maintenance. Furthermore, you must agree that because NICHBA products are handmade and thus to some extent unique, there may be a slight variation in each model. However NICHBA does not send any products that we have not carefully quality checked.
For all complaints you must attach return note enclosed with the product.

At NICHBA you can pay with ePay, which is a safe and reliable payment solution, where it is possible to pay with your Visa / Visa Visa Electron and Mastercard. Moreover, you can take advantage of Paypal, which is also a safe, and secure method of payment. I general all payments is debited on the card when order is shipped

The payment between the cardholder and NICHBA takes place via an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that it is safe to shop with NICHBA. ePay and PayPal manages your payment information and NICHBA or other extraneous has no access to your data. Your personal data such as name, delivery address, etc. is treated 100% confidentially and we therefore guarantee that no other than NICHBA has access to these data.
