  • How long does delivery take?

    Depends on your location. Please reach out to us, to get a more specific delivery time.

    We deliver within 4-6 working days in Europe.

  • How are my goods delivered?

    Smaller packages are delivered with GLS (or your local carrier), while larger orders are delivered with truck carrier.

  • Which countries do you deliver to?

    If you cannot find your country on the list, then you are more than welcome to contact us, and we will send you an offer for delivery to your specific country.

  • I received a wrong product, or a product with a defect?

    If you have received a wrong item or an item with an error, please send us an email at info@nichba.com with photos of the error.

  • How do I return my item(s)?

    When shopping on nichba.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

  • Do I pay my own return costs?

    You must pay for the costs connected with sending goods back. We do not reimburse shipping costs.

  • Which slats fit the Bed Frame?

    Our slats fit the Bed Frame perfectly.
