1. Delivery

Smaller packages are delivered with GLS. Delivery usually takes place within 4-6 working days in Europe, typically between 07:00 - 16:00 with the exception of public holidays.

If you wish to get a more specific delivery estimate on your place of order, please feel free to reach out to us.

Larger packages are delivered with DSV and the shipping company can therefore vary, depending on the size of the package. Delivery takes place within 4-6 working days, typically between 07:00 - 16:00 with the exception of public holidays.


Delivery time and costs

When ordering on weekdays before kl. 11:00, the item is typically shipped the same day. If the item is unexpectedly not in stock, you will receive an e-mail about this no later than the next working day. Delivery usually takes place within five working days.
Delivery costs, including free delivery, are stated during the purchase process in the web shop.

2. Return of goods and complaint

When purchasing at nichba.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Please return the product in original packaging and in unused condition. Upon return of a used / defaulted product, NICHBA reserves the right to make a reduction in the purchase price upon refund.

NOTE: NICHBA does not cover return costs. NICHBA is not responsible for the item until it is received. We therefore recommend that you send the goods with a receipt and insurance.

Right of complaint

NICHBA provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including manufacturing and material defects. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. The item can be returned for repair, exchange or credit.

Questions about customer service are of course always welcome, but complaints regarding products purchased from NICHBA dealers and not on the web shop should be addressed directly to the dealer.

Transport damage

In the event of visible transport damage, we recommend that you reject the item upon delivery or receive it with reservations. In both cases, we ask you to contact NICHBA customer service at info@nichba.com or +45 42 923 999 as soon as possible. Please provide your web order ID or invoice number so that we can process your inquiry quickly and efficiently.

Missed deliveries

NICHBA reserves the right to reject and cancel orders, in whole or in part, without further justification. This will typically happen due to errors in price, system errors or suspicion of payment abuse.

NICHBA strives to ensure that the information on the website is always correct. However, we make reservations for any printing errors or system errors. The prices on NICHBA's website are neither an offer nor a contract. Price and supply of information are subject to change without notice.

4. Personal data

No personal information registered with NICHBA will at any time be transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored securely and is only available to trusted employees.

In connection with electronic payment via our webshop, a secure, encrypted and approved method is used.

During a purchase, we ask for your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. This information is used solely to process the order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form and stored for 5 years.

In addition, we register IP addresses from which purchases are made. This information usually does not apply, but can be used in a possible police investigation. All false orders are reported to the police.

If you believe that we process your personal data for marketing purposes and we are not entitled to do so, you as the registrant may object to this, after which we are obliged to take a position on the objection.

5. Warranty

NICHBA provides a 2-year warranty.

The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention.
